Hello Angels,

There is no doubt that pandemic is difficult for us in different ways. This year our daily to workout routine changed. The current situation makes us emotionally exhausted. Gyms are one of the best place for relaxing but with the increase of coronovirus cases, restritions started again in Italy. Gyms, pools, cinemas and theatres are suspended second time and restaurants are open until  midnight but after 18:00 only take away is allowed.

Italy is divided in three sections right now; red, orange and yellow. Rome is in the yellow section for now and there is no restriction for exercise at outside.

Exercise has many benefits which is associated with positive mental and physical health. Especially these days, we should exercise more for protect our mental and physical health.

In yesterday’s blog, I shared my running experience in Rome and today I would like to share my favorite fitness chanels on Youtube.

Thanks to Youtube, we can still get fit in our home. No matter your fitness goals, there are variety of exercises from dance workouts and HIIT to boxing to find something to help you.
