Hello Angels,

Sunday is an amazing day to release a week’s negativity and tiredness and refresh ourselves for upcoming week.

Honestly, I hated Sundays until this year. I don’t have a Monday syndrome because I work from home and I adore my job but Sundays were boring for me. I didn’t have problem with the other days such as Wednesdays, months and seasons but I had a problem with Sunday. I decided to solve it. First, I found my reasons to hate Sundays and focused abot how I can change it. I tried some activities and I discovered which activities make me feel good on Sundays.

Personally on sundays, I prepare myself a delicious Turkish breakfast, I do my hair and face mask, clean the house and take a shower. I bake something sweet and I cook something healthy and delicious for lunch and dinner and I write my goals for next week.

Finding the things make you feel good takes time but it is really worth to discover it. Doing the things you love can save your day and boost your mood. In today’s post, I would like to share ideas to have a wonderful sunday.
