Simplicity is the key of the life.
There are many types of people in the world and everyone has different approach to solve the problems.
In today’s conditions, many people are living with stress twenty four hours a day. Stress has very bad impact on us. Some people try to get rid of it with alcohol the others try to deal in healthy ways such as do sport or meditation.
Until a few years ago, I was trying to deal with negative feelings by watching movies or go out and eat a dessert or taking a nice short holiday. Later , I realized that these were helping me only temporary. Now I try to find the root of my stress and I try to deal with meditation and do sport.
Honestly doing sports help me a lot but I can’t say same thing for meditation. I try to do meditation constantly for a month and I think started to realize meaning of the it.
Meditation doesn’t mean that sit and don’t think anything. It helps deepen understanding of the forces of life. It produces a deep state of tranquil mind.
During meditation, you focus your attention the stream of jumbled thougths that causes stress.
You can practive it anytime, anywhere you want – whther you are out for a walk or waiting at the supermarket line.

Stress is one of the main reasons people try meditation.
Stress cause increased levels of the stress hormne cortisol. According to researches, mindfulness meditaiton reduced the effects of stress.
Researches also shown the meditation may improve sleep quality and fibromyalgia.
Meditaiton also reduces syptoms of anxiety disorders such as panic attacks and phobias.
Especially if your jobs requires creativity, it may create a lot of pressure on you. I know many people who are very creative but in their university or job life, they can’t bring it to life.
Staying in present is the key of creativity. Mindfulness will help you be creative.

Meditation has many forms and some of them help you develop a self awareness and how you relate to those around you.
It helps you recognice your negative thoughts which are harmful for yourself. Knowing yourself is a starting poing for making positive changes.
Nearly half of the world population struggle with insomnia at some point in their life.
According to studies, becoming skilled in meditation help you control your thoughts that often lead to insomnia.
Fight addictions require a mental discipline and you can develop through meditations. It will increase awareness and self control for addive behaviours.
Researches show that meditation help people learn to redirect their attention, control their emotion and increase their willpower.
