Hello Angels,
Recent years, peanuts are very popular food. Peanuts were not my favorite food until last year. When I opted healthy snacks such as nuts and fruits, I decided to give a try to peanuts. Now I eat them as a snack and use peanut butter as a top on desserts and fruit.
Surprisingly, peanuts are not belong to nut family. They are considered as legumes along with lentils. You can eat them roasted, raw, made into peanut butter or roasted. You can use them in a variety of dishes;
-
Make a peanut butter toast with banana
-
Top your yogurt, fruit or cake
-
Toss them in a salad
-
Use them as a chicken or salad sauce
-
Add peanut butter to hummus.
In today’s post, I would like to share health benefits of this nutritious food.
