Hello Angels,
Have you ever thought how hard could pilates be?
When I attented Pilates class, I thought It is very easy. First lesson later, I didn’t feel good physically and mentally. Especially when you attend group class, you may be discouraged. Because some people are naturally more flexible or they attend that class for a long time that’s why they are good at it.
I am not flexible even for a little bit and it was very difficult for me. I attended pilates and yoga classes many times later I stopped.
Pilates is challenging because it uses a series of strengthening, stretching and breathing exercises that active your core muscle. People who do pilates, looks longer and leaner.
There are different types of pilates such as mat pilates and reformer. In reformer pilates, you use a machine with a bed like frame, a set of springs and a platform. Exercises on the reformar are the same as mat pilates but performed with the added resistance of the reformers tools.
