Hello Angels,

I don’t remember how many times I started and quiet yoga class. I always started with enthusiasm and a few lessons later I quited. One of my reasons was difficulty. I was always feeling tired after class also I was the most inflexible person in the lesson 🙂 I was observing the other people all lesson long and I was feeling unmotivated.

When my gym suspended almost eight months (due to pandemic situation in Italy), I exercised at home. I always did Youtube videos. First month was difficult for me because I wasn’t using my bodyweight at gym. When I started to do youtube videos comfortably, I wanted to try new things such  as stretching and yoga. I never did stretching except yoga and pilates class. This time I was willing to do stretching and yoga and I started to do in the last 10 to 15 minutes of my exercise. One month later, I started to feel results and started love it.

My gym is open now and I still do these exercises in my last 10 to 15 minutes of my exercise. Especially I love Mary Braun’s stretching with yoga elements. You can find her videos from here.

As you know me I love to learn new things and I started to do some research about yoga.  Regular yoga practice provides physical and healthy benefits.
