Coffee and water are probably the two drinks most beloved by gym goers. I often drink 2 cups of coffee (before and after workout).

Italy has very delicious coffee and you can smell it in every corner of the Rome.

Some people add protein powder for muscle building but I personally don’t prefer to add. I just love to use fresh ingredients.

With the hot, sticky weather , there is no better time to try iced coffee recipes at home. Italy has delicious coffee and I love to go out and drink coffee but I also love to try new recipes at home.

Whether it’s very hot outside for hot coffee or you just love iced all year round, these delicious iced coffee  recipes are very easy to make at home.

I would like to share my favorite iced coffee recipes

Recipe 1

Ingredients

  • 300 ml milk

  • Coffee

Method

You should prepare one night before. Make a hot coffee and pour it into a ice tray. Pop the coffee in the freezer overnight so it turns into ice cubes of coffee.

Pop up the coffee cubes into a glass and pour the milk mixture over.

Recipe 2

Ingredients

  • ¾ Milk

  • 1 ½ cups Ice Cubes

  • 1 Frozen Banana

  • 1 Cup Coffee

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blent until well combined.

Recipe 3

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs coconut oil

  • 2 cups coffee

  • Vanilla extract

  • 1 cups  coconut milk

  • Cocoa Powder

Instruction

Fill an ice cube tray with coconut milk and freeze overnight. Take coffee and stir with coconut oil, cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Later add coconut ice cubes.

Recipe 4

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbs sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/3 cup coffee

  • Milk

  • Ice

Fill sweetened condensed milk into a glass and top with ice. Pour in coffee and stir to combine and cool the coffee. Add milk or half and half to taste.
