After I discovered my gluten allergy, I opted home cooking more including dessert.

I always prefered home cooking but pizza, bread  and desserts were must have at my home. There is a bakery next to my home and after gym I was always buying pizzas, bread and desserts such as cookies.

Especially when you are living in Italy, It is very difficult to resist to food.

There are many gluten free products and restaurants in Rome but I prefer to cook and bake at home

When I opted home cooking more, I started to try new recipes.
