Happy first day of autumn!
We are in first of September which means beginning of autumn. I love every season that’s why it doesn’t make me feel sad but there are many people who suffer from seasonal affective disorder. It is a type of depression that starts in the late autumn or winter. I know many people who start to feel tired, sad and lonely in the beginning of autumn.
People who feel sad and stressed all the time crave sugary foods more which is not good for health.
According to some researches, shorter days, less sunlight affects to our mood. Stress and genetics also play a role in depression.
The best way to conquer seasonal depression and enjoy autumn fullest is morning and evening routines. Until two years ago, I was very stressed not because of the weather but other things. I read and watched many things about morning and evening routines and I started to adapt them. First days were difficult and I quited many times later I adapted them automatically.
Every day I wake up with motivation and I feel happy and energetic to start my day.

Fall Morning Routine
Wake Up Early
Actually it is a little bit a personal choice. I am a morning person and I always wake up early but you can start your day late.
If you are busy person, rise early in order to prepare for the day in those early hours is better choice. You can do your things white the rest of the world is a sleep.
Make Your Bed
You should adopt this routine to improve your life. According to Navy Seal Admiral William H. Mc Craven, If you want to change the world, start off by making your bed. If you make your bed every morning you will have accomplished the first task of the day. It will give you a small sense of pride, and it will encourage you to do another task and another and another.

Especially nowadays we are living in challenging world. 2020 is strange for everyone. It is time to begin thinking about everything we have to be grateful for. It is nice to count your blessings in early morning. An attitude of gratitude lead to happiness, deeper personal relationships and physical health.
Affirmations are positive statements. They are a way of attracting positivity. When you repeat them daily, they immediately effect your subconscious mind.
Affirmations transform the way you feel and think so you can overcome your negative beliefs and replace them with those positive ones.
Exercising has many benefits such as strengthens your body, increases your energy levels and releases endorphins.
According to researches, exercising is a perfect way to fight depression.
You don’t have to spend hours at gym. A short walk or quick yoga make you feel good.
Eat Healthy Breakfast
The things you eat effect on you (physical and mentally). It should be the nutritious.
Your breakfast plate should include protein, fiber and good carbs.
