One of the best thing about living in Italy is food. You can eat whatever you want and still stay healthy and thin. The key is exercise. I go to gym four days a week and I walk almost everyday. Because Rome is a magical city and love to walk and enjoy in this wonderful city.
There are certain dishes that you can’t resist. One of my favorite unresistable Italian dish is Fettuccine Alfredo. Alfredo sauce invented by an individual named Alfredo whose story begins in a restaurant in Rome. This restaurant is located in via della Scrofa and still serves the best Fettuccine Alfredo that you will ever eat. Unfortunately, I can’t eat there fettucine anymore because of my gluten allergy but they have an amazing dishes and desserts to try except fettuccine Alfredo.
I love to cook and try new recipes so much. When you start to eat healthy, you don’t want to high calorie food anymore.
I had unhealthy eating habits such as eating potato chips and drinking coffee/tea with sugar. Now I changed my eating habits completely. I often prefer to cook myself because there is only way to be sure the ingredients but of course I still go out for lunch or dinner.
