Hello Angels,

Routines are very powerful. They have a huge impact on our lives. Having no routine/no habits is draining mentally and physically.

Habits like creating gratitude list, exercising and meditating are one the examples for daily routine.

A few years ago, I decided to create a positive daily routines and I am really glad to do it. I didn’t find difficult to create them because I didn’t push myself. When I skipped them, I didn’t feel bad. I restarted to do them next day. A few weeks later, ı realized them I am doing these daily routines without skipping. Because my daily routines only includes things make me happy and productive.

Creating a daily tasks that you are able to stick to will help you to form good habits and you will automatically refill bad ones for a more happier and productive life.

Here is something important to remember: what works for someone else might not work for you. You should pick the activities that you are passionate about, the ones that push you to become the best you and to keep doing those without bored.

How to create a new routine?

First, don’t push yourself. You are human and you can have bad days. Don’t feel bad when you skip them. Restart to do them next day or when you feel ready.

  • Steps

Do you want to exercise more or meditate? Prioritize what is important to you.

  • Break each large goal into smaller goals

Big goal always seems exciting and breaking them into smaller goals seem uneffective. Actually it is not true. When you focus on directly to big goal, it probably lead to failure which will make you unmotivated but when you start with small steps, you will reach your goal faster and happier.
