All women dream healthy and thicker hair. I don’t recommend to take any medicine from outside because these can come with side effects, also we don’t know anything about chemicals inside of the medicine. Natural and homemade remedies are better than medicines.
The most important thing for beautiful and thicker hair is a healty diet. You can eat eggs ( contains protein), dark leafy greens ( contains iron), Vitamin C, Omega-3 fatty acids, Avocado (Vitamin E) These foods also will be helpful for hair growth.
Second step for thicker hair is natural remedies. I have two different home remedies for healthy hair.

Olive Oil
Take some amount of olive oil and massage your scalp with some olive oil. Wash your hair 6 hours later. If it is possible for you, you can sleep with olive oil mask all night long. This will help you removing all the bad stuff from hair and It will help you have smooth, silky and thicker hair
Coconut Oil – Lime Juice Mask
