My snack tray is gluten gree because I have a gluten allergy.
In today’s post, I would like to share tips and tricks on how to make the delicious, healthy cheese board.

Anyone can throw some crackers, cheese and vegetables on a plate and call it a snack tray. But who doesn’t prefer something good looking? I follow pages on Instagram who creates a fantastic healthy trays and love it so much.
Some people think healthy snacks taste bad and they don’t even try it. A nice healthy tray can be convincing for them.

Choose a tray
Choose a tray that will showcase the creating. It can be rectangular or round.
Pick the seasonal fruits and vegetables
Fruits and vegetables have a lot of nutritional benefits. They are delicious and perfect to add some color into your tray.

Pick the cheeses
Opt three or four in different textures; creamy, firm, crumbly and aged cheeses. Healthy Cheese Options are;
– Ricotta
One of the lowest fat and healthiest cheese.
– Parmesan
It has highest protein content.
– Swiss Cheese
It has also high protein content.

Choose two dips
Dips go perfect with the vegetables and cheeses. Instead of buying store bought dips, make at home. There is the only way can be sure of the ingredients. Healthy dip ideas are;
– Guacamole
It is easy and avocados are rich in vitamins and healthy fats.
– Humus
Humus is very nutritions and delicious. There are ingredients such as tahini, chickpeas and lemon. These ingredients are full of vitamin.
– Basil Pesto
I love basil pesto so much. It is super easy to prepare. You need a basil, grated parmesan, olive oil and garlic.

Nuts including walnuts, cashew and pistacchios are very healthy. Nuts are perfect to add snack tray for an crunchy texture.

Making crackers at home is very easy. You can use chickpea flour or lentil flour for crackers.

Dark Chocolate
Dark chocolate is indispensable for me. It is very delicious with fruits. I buy the organic ones.
