Most people experience bloating all the time. Simple lifestyle changes and exercises can prevent it from reoccuring.
There are some foods that are hard to digest for some people. Lactose in diary, gluten and many other foods can cause bloating.

Keep Notes on How Your Body Reacts the Different Foods
Some people intolerant to some foods. Food allergies and intolerances can cause bloating. If you have this problem, keep notes on how your body reacts the different foods and share with your doctor to figure out.
Avoid Chewing Gum
Chewing gum can cause bloating. Swallowing air while chewing lead to bloating.
Exercise
Whether you prefer yoga or walk, getting in 20 minutes of activity each day help fight bloating.
Eat Water Heavy Fruits
High water content fruits like watermelon help flush out sodium.
Add Ginger To Your Diet
According to researches, ginger is helpful to reduce bloating. You can use it in your salads and smoothies.
Eat Probiotics
Probiotics should be regular part of your diet. Probiotics keep the gut healthy which in turn regulates your digestive system and reduces bloating. Foods like yogurt and fermented vegetables are perfect probiotic.

Eating quickly and not chewing your food well cause air swallowing.
