Water is an essential for health. In summer time, we are more tend to drink sugary drinks.
I love fruit infused water so much. There are plenty of fruits in summer time so you have many options to try. Until this year, I was prefering plain water at gym but this year I love to prepare different types of fruit infused water for gym.
If my bag is big enough, I carry my water bottle everywhere I go. When I go out, I forget to drink water and when I arrive to home, I feel dehydrated.
In today’s post, I would like share my favorite fruit infused water recipes for gym. Grap your favorite fruits and try out these delicious recipes.
Tip: Summer time we prefer something cold, you can refrigerate for at least 2 hours or add some ice.

Strawberry, basil and pineapple
If you prefer something sweet, this delicious mix is perfect for you.

Tropical Water
I love tropical fruits. Throw in some tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango.

Watermelon and mint
Use as much as watermelon you like. A couple of mint leaves will be enough for this delicious recipe.

Coconut Water
You need a coconut water and 2 tablespoons of chopped coconut.
Coconut is delicious and nutritious. According to researches, coconut water is efefctive in rehydrating after exercise.

Coconut water with watermelon
This is very delicious, sweet and delicious. You need a one cup of watermelon and one cup of coconut water. Toss the watermeln into a blender and add coconut water.
