Morning rituals are one of the best way to keep yourself productive and happy. I am a morning person but having a healthy breakfast and drinking a coffee are one the rituals that make my mornings joyful and productive. Especially having a breakfast and drinking coffee with the people I love are one the reasons to be grateful for.
I believe that 2021 was all about focusing on joy and gratitude. We celebrate small moments of happiness more than ever.
I am in Istanbul to visit my family and one of my favorite things to do is drinking delicious Turkish coffee in a cafe with a sea view.
Last winter, there had a lockdown and cafes/restaurants were only open for takeaway. This year there is no lockdown and I am very grateful have a Turkish coffee in a place with sea view.

Turkish coffee is always served with something sweet such as Turkish delight or chocolate. I always prefer to eat with something healthy but when I am Turkey I can’t resist to Turkish delight or delicious Turkish desserts.
New year means having a new year decisions so you can find the things that bring you joy. Morning and evenings routines/rituals are one of the ways to have a productive and joyful days. The start of our day and the end of our day are the important parts of our day to have total control over. We can’t control everything in our lives but we can control things to do when we wake up in the morning, control our amount of sleep and things to do before we sleep.
You can spend first hour of morning complaining and you can also spend a few hours before bed focusing on the negativity or you can have some habits/rituals to keep yourself joyful. Life is changeable and having a stressful even sometimes having a negative events are normal. All we need to keep ourself joyful and positive as we can.

For example, if you love to drink coffee, you can add drinking coffee into your morning ritual. Coffee may not make you a morning person but it can make your mornings more enjoyable.
