Hello Angels,

Finally gyms reopened again. They were suspended for seven months due to pandemic. I continued to workout at home while gyms were suspended. I tried new exercises and discovered fitness channels on Youtube. I also opted stretching with yoga elements. I tried to do yoga and pilates many times and quitted until now.

Until suspension of gyms, I was usually using gym machines instead of using my bodyweight and do stretching.

When I started to workout at home with Youtube exercise videos, I realized that my body is not strong and flexible enough.

I prepared myself a workout program for gym. My workout program is mix of gym workout machines and bodyweight exercises. I continue to follow fitness channels and  I will continue to do stretching or yoga in the last ten minutes of my exercise.

In today’s post, I would like to share my gym routine

My workout schedule:

  • Rowing Machine 5 minutes

  • Ab Crunch Machine 3 sets 15 times

  • Chest Press 30 seconds

  • Dumbbell flat bench 30 seconds

  • Seated tricep press 30 seconds

  • Side Plank 30 seconds

  • Side Plank Crunch 30 seconds

  • Side plank dips 30 seconds

  • Medicine Ball V – Ups 30 second

  • Toe Touch 1 minute

  • Mountain Climbers 30 seconds

  • Crunch 30 seconds

  • Bicycle Crunch 30 seconds

  • Down dog leg up 30 seconds

  • Down dog plank 30 seconds

  • Plank with shoulder tap 30 seconds

  • Plank 30 seconds

  • Bird dog with elbow to knee touch 30 seconds

  • Incline Bench Situp 3 sets 15 times

  • Cable Hip Abduction 3 sets 15 times

  • Leg Press Machine 3 sets 15 times

  • Seated Leg Curls  3 sets 15 times

  • Abductor 3 sets 15 times

  • Split lunge 30 seconds

  • Double leg lift 30 seconds

  • Fire hydrant 30 seconds

  • Donkey kick 30 seconds

  • Glute Bridge March 30 seconds

  • Glute Bridge 30 seconds

  • Single Leg Kettlebell Deadlift 30 seconds

  • Rainbow Taps 30 seconds

  • Lying Side Leg Lift 30 seconds
