Hello Angels,

Every year, millions of people around to world make New Year’s Resolutions.

According to researches, only half of New Year’s resolutions are likely to make it out of January. Experts recommend more realistic resolutions and more promising approach. Your resolutions should be specific and achiavable.

For example, your resolution is drawing. You can’t draw perfectly in one day because you need to practice a lot. So you can say drawing better in the next six months.

Another reason of resolutions fail because they are based on someone else’s or societ’s opinion. Your resolutions should be personal because it is your life and dreams.

Concentrate on your dreams/goals, write down and create your New Year’s resolutions.

Be aware that it will take time for your resolution to become a reality. You should leave some room for setbacks. Skipping a task or finishing a task late is not a complete failure. You are human and you have ups and downs. When you feel tired or bad, give yourself some time. For example you skipped a gym session, make it tomorrow and keep on moving. Don’t spoil your resolution.
