Hello Angels,

The holidays are around the corner. Most people are busier than ever for the Christmas and New Year. Now is a great time to focus on yourself before the holidays begin.

Christmas symbolizes family gatherings and New Year symbolizes a new chapter. New Year Resolutions are very popular and before the year ends many people prepare it such as exercise more and eat healthy.  First weeks of January gyms are crowded but a few weeks after gyms are emply again.

Once I read somewhere that only 12% people succesfully achieves the things on their New Year Resolutions list. According to some sources, reasons of New Year Resolutions fail are unrealistic goals and overwhelming goals.

Let’s say you decided to exercise four days a week from Januart 1 but you barely exercise. When January 1 arrives, four days a week may intimidate you. There are two options to achieve your goal. First step is you will exercise less such as two or three days a week or you will start to do things in your New Year Resolution list at least one month before to adapt them as a habit.

December challenges are amazing to try things before New Year arrives.

I love to try new things so I prepared a pre holiday challenge to feel good physically and mentally.

In today’s post, I would like to share my pre holiday challenge.
