I discovered condensed milk a few year because of the popular Brazilian sweet Brigadeiro. Condensed used in desserts and added to coffee and tea.

It is milk from which 60 percent of water has been removed. It is a very thick which when canned can last for years if not opened.

You can made at home. All you need to simmer regular milk and sugar, until it reduced.
