Self care should be your priority. It is one of the most nourishing tools for body and mind, we can offer ourselves as women. Using self care to renew to our energy is not only healthy but vital.

Everyday is not same. Sometimes we all have bad days. Honestly, there is nothing better than a self care to replenish your mind and soul.

I belive that you should have self care routine everyday. You don’t need for hours. Even 10 minutes self care routine will make you feel better.

  • Put some music, light candles and take a bath.

  • Make yourself a cup of tea/ herbal tea/ coffee

  • Treat yourself to your favorite food.

  • Watch the sun rise or set.

  • Call or meet with someone you love.

  • Apply a hair and face mask.

  • Watch funny videos

  • Get manicure and pedicure

  • Set Screet time limits

  • Be creative ( Adult coloring books are the best)

  • Get organized

  • Read a book you love.

  • Watch your favorite movie /tv show.

  • Make yourself a healthy meal.

  • Stay hydrated

  • Go for a walk to your favorite place in nature.

  • Get dresses and put on some makeup.

  • Make a to do list for the upcoming week.

  • Turn on some music and dance.

  • Take a good sleep

  • Buy yourself fresh flowers each week.
