When you are tired or having a bad day, do things that relax you. Instead of staying in negative energy, create a personal self care menu for yourself and pick the ‘meal’ that is most appetizing.

How can you create the self care menu?

Everybody has different personality. One may enjoy cooking while the other person may enjoy drawing. Before you add something to the self care menu, test it. Does it boost your mood? Does it make you feel good? After testing it out with good results, it can be your go to list. Make your ‘menu’ simple and easy to implement.
