Consistent self care is a biggest gift you can give yourself. In this article I would like to share my self care routine every night.

I do this routine easily and It has powerful impact on my energy and mood. I believe that everyone has time. Maybe you are tired and busy but you can definitely create 10-20 minutes every day.

Spa Like Atmosphere

I love to use my Himalayan salt lamp. According to science, It has healthy benefits such as; improves sleep, increase level of serotonin and boost blood flow.

Candles And Incense Sticks

I love candles so much but I don’t prefer to use scented candles. I love to use incense sticks as a scent. My favorite scents are rose and vanilla.

Music

Music is one of the best medicine for human. I love to listening to music so much. I don’t prefer sad and slow music before I go to bed because I believe that It impacts our mood.

Face Masks

I use face masks at least 3 times a week. My favorite mask is from Sephora collection. There are so many types for face, eyes, lips, hands and feet.

I prefer to use for face and eyes. It boosts my energy rapidy and It is very practical to use.

Beauty Routine

I start my beauty routine at least one hour before go to bed. Because when you are sleepy you want to skip all routine or even if you apply your beauty products, you lose your sleep desire.

I use mouisturizer for my face, eyes and body and I put my favorite Kiehl’s oil.

Positive Videos

Before I go to sleep, I prefer to watch law of attraction videos or funny tv shows. I don’t like to go to bed with negative mood.

Reading

I love to read so much. Sometimes I read hundred of pages but If I am tired, I read at least 20 pages.
