In today’s post I would like to talk about one of my favorite fruit, strawberry. They can consume raw and fresh or used in desserts and jams.
There is a town in Lazio which is called Nemi, its famous for its strawberries which are smaller and sweeter than the other types. There is an annual festival of strawberries.
I have visited Nemi once and the town offers delicious desserts with strawberry.
Strawberries contain a lot of vitamins, minerals and have many benefits. Such as;
Excellent source of folate, vitamin C and potassium.
They are rich in antioxidants.

Strawberries are high in water and fiber. They help you improve digestion and weight loss.
Regulate blood sugar
