Morning and nigh routines are mood booster. I heard benefits of having a routines but I didn’t give a try until 2019.

In 2019, I decided to change my life and gave a try morning and night routines. I am very glad for my decision because these routines made me disciplened, healthy and happy. I have time for everything. I can concentrate on my job and take care my mind and physical health.

I work from home that’s why my routines don’t change so much but I make seasonal changes. We are in summer this means longer and hotter days. I try to spend time at outside as possible as I can. One of the best thing about working from home is you can work any place you want.

In today’s post I would like to share my summer morning and night routines. If you don’t have a routine, I highly recommend it to have it. Why don’t you start create a routine for yourself?

My Morning Routine

  • I wake up early.

  • Open curtains/blinds

  • Do my skincare (cleansing, toner, moistuzer for my face and body)

  • Drink at least 2 glass of water

  • Have a healthy and delicious breakfast

  • Go to gym

  • Take a shower

  • Have a coffee and snack

  • I start to work

  • P.S: I don’t look my phone until I go to gym because I want to enjoy in my morning routine.

My Night Routine

  • Do my skin care ( cleansing, toner and moisturizer for my face and body)

  • Drink a cup of tea ( green, chamomille, etc.)

  • Watch tv

  • Plan my next day

  • Turn on oil essential diffuser and I read a book at least 30 minutes before I sleep.

  • Sleep
