When I talk about eating healthy, most of my friends (who don’t live in Italy) think that I am talking about diet and they think impossible to eat healthy in Rome.
Actually food in Italy is very healthy because Mediterranean diet includes a lot of olive oil, fresh fruits and vegetables, legumes, whole grains, etc.
Quality of ingredients is more important than calorie for me. If you eat pizza, risotto even dessert in a moderate way, nothing happens but bad quality of ingredient can affect your health.
Since I discovered my gluten allergy, I tend to eat restaurants which use high quality of ingredients and offers healthy, delicious foods.
In today’s post, I would like to share my favorite healthy restaurants in Rome.
