Cold weather has less moisture. Especially indoor heaters damage our hair and skin. We should keep our hair and skin hydrated inside and out all year long for our health.

With simple tips, you can have hydrated skin and hair no matter the season is.

  • Drink extra water to hydrate from inside out.

  • Exfoliate your face and body weekly to get rid of dead skin cells.

  • Keep always a hand cream in your bag for a soft and healthy skin. Especially our hands easily get irritated from hot and freezing weather.

  • Moisturize your skin every morning and night.

  • Take a shower with lukewarm water. Long, hot shower can strip moisture from skin and hair.

  • In winter time, when you go out, wear scarf, hat and gloves to protect your skin and hair from cold.

  • Opt healthy fats to moisture for skin inside out

  • Eat foods with vitamin c which boosts production of collagen.

  • Always keep a lip balm in your bag to avoid chapped lips in winter time.

  • Use natural oils like olive oil for your hair once a week for a healthy scalp skin and healthy hair.

  • Use face and hair serums like vitamin c for moisture and healthy hair and skin.

  • Especially in summer time, opt foods rich in water. Because in hot weather, our body loses a lot of water cause of sweat.
