It is natural to have days when you feel unproductive, stressful and sad. Everybody has days like this.

Everyday is a full of opportunities. You can make it more likely to become a positive day with some tips.

In today’s post I would like to share some techniques for brightening your day.

  • Start a day with breakfast

Satrting a day with the nutritious breakfast will give you energy and brighten your day.

  • Spend time in nature

Walk in the nature at least 10 minutes a day. Look around the flowers and trees. Appreciating the beauty of nature help you brighten your day.

  • Breathe

Breathing is the key for relaxation techniques. There are so many videos about it on Youtube.

  • Visualize

Close your eyes and imagine your dream life. Place yourself there fully. With this technique, you will attract whatever you want and you will instantly relax.

  • Exercise

Exercise improves mood, increases blood flow and breathing rate. You don’t have to do heavy exercise or run. Even walking for 20 minutes will help you.

  • Be fully in the present moment

By being fully in the present moment and be grateful the greatness of the day will make you feel more happy and energetic.

  • Call someone you love

Talking or being someone you love instantly make you happy and relaxed.

  • Watch something funny

Laughing releases endorphins and we know that they make us happy and relaxed.

Get some fresh flowers for your desk

  • Read a book

Books are amazing for learn new things, relax and entertain at the same time.

  • Organize and declutter

Organizing and declutter are amazing for a brighten day. You will be distracted from your thoughts and feel relaxed.
