Recent days, I started to see niacinamide as a skin care ingredient. I haven’t heard before and I started to do some research about it.

Today I would like to share what is niacinamide and benefits of the skin.

What is Niacinamide?

Niacinamide also known as vitamin B3, an essential nutrient. Vitamins from this group are particularly known for their healing disorders of the skin and soothing properties.


According to researches, niacinamide helps skin make more hyaluronic acid and collagen. The other benefits include:

  • Lights dark spots ( This may be due to incread collagen production)

  • Treats acne

  • Helps soften fine lines

  • Strengthen a weakened surface

  • Diminish large pores

  • Reduces Redness ( which may help inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema)

  • Helps build keratin

  • Niacinamide is good for all skin types.

As you see, niacinamide is impressive with all can do for skin.

How to Use Niacinamide?

Our body doesn’t naturally produce niacinamide but we can get via food.

Vitamin B3 is found in:

  • Grains

  • Fish

  • Milk

  • Eggs

  • Green vegetables

Niacinamide is also can be found in skin care products. This can be toner with niacinamide or Niacinamie booster (like serum) or into moisturizer.

For best results, you should apply it twice a day. Before use it, read each product label carefully and follow the instructions for use.
